will better help us organize the event.  Enrollments are limited, so register
early.  Please return this form with your deposit and/or tuition balance as soon
as possible.  Early registrations must be paid prior to the published deadlines. 
We will send a confirmation letter back to you upon receipt. A map, packing list, 
camp information and release form are all available on-line. If you do not have 
computer access, please request a hard copy of this information by checking this

in Casa Grande.  The cost is approximately $50.00 one way.
